Picksy is an online store based in Lebanon selling home, kitchen and kids products. You can contact us at contact@picksylb.com.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. An order is accepted once we confirm and dispatch it.
We may contact you to confirm your order details before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or the order details cannot be confirmed. If this happens, we will let you know.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Orders are paid cash on delivery. The total to pay, including any delivery fee, is shown at checkout.
Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product packaging may vary.
Products should be used as described and, for children's products, under appropriate adult supervision.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Lebanon. Delivery times and fees are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Damaged or defective items can be replaced, exchanged or refunded as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Use of our website

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to Picksy or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Picksy is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
