Where we deliver

Picksy delivers all over Lebanon. We do not currently ship outside Lebanon.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2–5 days of being placed. Delivery times can occasionally be longer during holidays, bad weather or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, we will let you know.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm. Free delivery applies to eligible orders above the amount shown on our website and at checkout.

Payment: cash on delivery

All orders are paid cash on delivery. You pay the driver when your order arrives — nothing is charged online. Please have the exact amount ready if possible.

Receiving your order

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, so our driver can reach you.
We may call you to confirm your order before dispatch.
Please check your package when you receive it. If anything is damaged, take photos and contact us within 7 days (see our Refund Policy).

Failed deliveries

If we cannot reach you or the order is refused at the door, we may contact you to arrange a new delivery. Repeated refused deliveries may prevent future cash-on-delivery orders.
